Located in the heart of Marina Alta, a few kilometres from the towns of Dénia and Xàbia, in a residential area near the city of Orba, we have built the single-family house at Gregal No. 3. A house located in a quiet residential area with excellent connections to all the services you might need and with fantastic views of La Retoria and the Vall de Laguar (hiking mecca).

Views, light and design

The house is laid out on one floor, all its rooms directly facing the outside to make the most of its good orientation and direct natural light.

From the quiet streets of the residential area, there are two entrances: one via a large garden and another via a paved area for vehicles.

Subsequent entrance to the house is through the hall that leads directly to the living cum dining room. It has an exterior exit to the pool and terrace and magnificent views of the valley.

The rest of the house is divided into the kitchen-veranda area and the bedroom and bathroom area. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is the master bedroom en-suite.

The house has high quality features, its interior spaces incorporate the three main elements of the house: Views, light and design.
